How to Get in Touch
How do you reach someone who lives in an old, abandoned house in a ghost town anyway?
Although I would go live in a place like that in a heartbeat if I could, it’s just a dream. For now.
If I ever get there, I’ll save a chair by the fire for you. And one for the occasional ghost.
Till then, there's email and author events here and there. Drop a line or drop by. Share what you love reading, what you’re writing, what makes you smile.
Or just say “hi”.
A little word that can be like two teacups clinking gently. Perfect if you’re far away. Or not sure what to say. Or shy.
I’ll go first.

Land Acknowledgements
The author acknowledges that she lives and works in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This territory is covered by the Treaties of Peace and Friendship which Mi’kmaq, Wolastoqiyik, and Passamaquoddy People first signed with the British Crown in 1726.
The ECW office is situated on land that was the traditional territory of many nations including the Wendat, the Anishnaabeg, Haudenosaunee, Chippewa, Métis, and the Mississaugas of the Credit, the latter of whom completed negotiation of a Treaty No. 13 known as the “Toronto Purchase” begun in 1787, negotiated in 1805, and re-negotiated in 2010.
We are all Treaty People.
